1Terry Boyd 02/10/2012 8:29:37 Nice tip Mat! Makes you wonder why they didn't incorporate the use of the "Ctrl" key to allow you to select multiple folders when electing to copy the document. Agree that the "discover folders" was a brilliant addition. Cheers! T.

4Robert 03/28/2012 5:31:13 But anyway to disable this feature for mailrules? Like when two move-to-folder mailrules overlap, causing the mail to be placed in two folders, instead of just the most specific mailrule taking precedence

5Jack Huang 04/03/2012 14:12:59 Thank you for sharing this tip! But I have same question with Terry, if I want to have same mail in more than one folder, now we need to do it many times. I once used the "categories" function can do same thing at once in my previous company. Is there any tips or instruction to do it with "categories"? I cannot find how to do it in my current company now. Not sure if it was programmed by my previous company IT or a standard function in Notes.
Same to "categories" function?
