Resource Reservations: Setting ’Owners’? Make sure you use groups

When setting the 'Owner' for a Room or Resource in the Resource Reservations database, please ensure you use groups rather than explicit user names, even if that group only has 1 member in it. The reason is simple:Only owners can cancel existing reservations. If a user leaves the organisation, you only need to put someone else in the Group that owns the resource for that new person to be able to manage the existing reservations.
